Our facility utilizes tool room equipment such as mills, lathes, band saws, and surface grinders for operations that include drilling, tapping, deburring, polishing, and precision cutting. North Star’s business partners specialize in finishing services for:

After the fabrication process, each batch of parts is assembled, packaged, and delivered based on custom dunnage specifications. The assembly process involves both North Star manufactured parts and other components that are either sourced by our experienced procurement staff or received directly from the customer. Once the product is ready for delivery, North Star’s flexible shipping services accommodate customers who have Just-In-Time production processes or need a one-time bulk delivery.
